Built in 2012, the Qian tower is a pavilion type hollow octagonal tower, 39.1 meters high and covers an area of 490.3 square meters, looks like 5 floors from outside and is nine floors inside, by inside stairs you can climb to the top of the tower. At the tower top all the surroundings are in your sight: the grand Wanjiazhai Water Control Project Dam, Qiankunwan, Laoniuwan, etc. It is also one of the scenic spots to have a bird's-eye view of the "s" shaped Qiankunwan bend. Under the tower, there are landscape footpaths connected with Kun Pavilion, forming a complete symbol of heaven and earth.
